Jarvis' mother was at the concert and was celebrating her 70th birthday that evening. After Countdown Jarvis asked the audience to join him in singing joyeux anniversaire (happy birthday) to her.

Unusually, the setlist gave a choice of options for the ninth song: Like A Friend and Have You Seen Her Lately? Without revealing their titles Jarvis asked the audience to decide if they wanted to hear the first or second song. As the cheer for the second option was loudest the band played Have You Seen Her Lately?
